Commercial Officer of Epson do Brasil for the last three years, after holding the position of Commercial Officer at Pirelli Pneus for five years. Acting as a professor at FGV for Business Administration Graduate programs since 2012.

Claudia da Rosa Cortes de Lacerda Board Member

Lawyer with an undergraduate degree from Faculdade Candido Mendes Ipanema in 1992 with a certification from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) to hold the position of Board Member, holds a course in Innovation Leadership from MIT. She began her career at Banco Pactual in 1994 as a lawyer and remained there for ten years, and, in 2001, she became an associate and was responsible for the Legal Division. She joined BR Malls Participações S.A. in January 2007 and remains to this day as a statutory officer, responsible for establishing, managing, and coordinating the legal strategy adopted by the Company and the Governance, Risks and Compliance division.

Eduardo Rogatto Luque Board Member

Chairman of the Fiscal Boards of Natura &Co, Qualicorp S.A., and Fundação Antônio e Helena Zerrenner (Fundação Ambev); member of the Fiscal Boards of Itausa S.A. and Ambev; member of the Audit Committees of Porto Seguro S.A. and Focus Energia S.A. Ronaldo da Cunha Bueno Neto Board Member

With a degree in Marketing from ESPM, Roni Cunha Bueno participated in relevant Brazilian internet projects. After working in the Direct Marketing division as a Managing Partner of DMKT and CRMachine agencies, he spent five and a half years in charge of Marketing at Netshoes, a position that earned him several awards.

For two consecutive times, he received the E-commerce Brasil Award as best Marketing and Sales Officer (2011/2012), in addition to being elected “CMO of the year” by Oracle (2012), nominated as one of the ten most innovative professionals in the Brazilian digital world by Grupo M&M (2012) and winner of the Caboré Award in the 2012 Marketing Professional of the Year category. He joined Terra by the end of 2012, where he led projects such as the Planeta Terra Festival and the company’s repositioning. In this role, he was nominated as one of the 10 Media Professionals of 2013 by Grupo M&M (2013).

Humberto Gabriel Cantu Board Member

With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a graduate degree from Harvard Business School in the program “Owner and President Management Program – OPM47,” he began his career as an executive at ALL Logistica and ROCHE and later founded and was the CEO of Cantu Store.

Dirk Donath Board Member

Mr. Donath is a Managing Partner at L Catterton, with a focus on Latin America. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Partner at Eton Park Capital Management, where he was responsible for private equity activities and illiquid investments in emerging markets. Prior to that, he was a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus Capital. Before Pegasus, Mr. Donath was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Latin America Consumer Goods and Retail Practice and also headed the firm’s Latin America Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice. Dirk left McKinsey to found FarmaCity, Argentina’s leading retail pharmacy chain, where he served as Chairman and was a member of the Board of Directors. He has served as a Trustee on the Board of Governors of the American Ballet Theatre, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Council of the Americas, and sits on the Board of Governors of Hillel International. Mr. Donath is also a member of the Latin American Advisory Board of the Inter-American Dialogue and previously served on the Advisory Board of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association, in addition to serving on the boards of several portfolio companies. Mr. Donath graduated with honors from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and studied International Relations at the University of Oxford. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Dirk is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Farah Deeba Khan Board Member

Managing Partner of L Catterton with a focus on Latin America. She started her career at the company focused on growth capital investments and acquisitions in North America. Prior to joining L Catterton, she was the Vice-President of Sandler Capital Management, where she focused on growth capital, leveraged buyouts, and financing of mid-sized companies. Prior to Sandler, she worked at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, where she focused on growth capital and leveraged buyouts in the retail and consumer products industries. Prior to Apax, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on corporate finance and coverage of mergers and acquisitions of retail, media, and technology companies based in New York and Menlo Park. Graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Mount Holyoke College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ricardo Beraldi Porto CFO and IRO

Ricardo Porto is a Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of experience leading finance functions in high-growth and transformation-driven companies. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from ITA and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, combining strong financial expertise with analytical depth and a value-creation mindset.

His professional background includes full-cycle Private Equity investment leadership—from acquisition to exit preparation—with a proven track record of accelerated revenue and EBITDA growth. He has structured organizations to IPO-ready standards, including the implementation of IFRS reporting, corporate governance frameworks, and Big Four audit processes. Ricardo has built and led Corporate Office and Shared Services Center structures, managing cross-functional teams across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Compliance, with direct responsibility for Private Equity stakeholder communication and the preparation of investor materials.

He also brings solid experience in M&A (both buy-side and sell-side), structured financing, and post-merger integration. Previously, he worked in investment banking (Rothschild, New York) and strategic consulting (Roland Berger), developing a comprehensive perspective on corporate strategy and capital allocation.

He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Salvador Ochagavia é Vice-Presidente na L Catterton, focado na América Latina. Antes de ingressar na L Catterton, ele foi Vice-Presidente na AMERRA Capital, uma firma de private equity de médio porte que investe em empresas de Alimentos e Agronegócio globalmente.
